For the remainder of this week our workouts look like this:
TUESDAY - 2 x 4x100 @ 80% (30sr) (10mrbs) / 6 x 30 on the fly
WEDNESDAY - 2 x 5x120-150m hills / mile jog
THURSDAY - Same as Tuesday
FRIDAY - 2 x 3x150 @ 75-80% (2-3mr) (10mrbs) / 1/4M 2 x 3x200 (2-3mr) (10mrbs) * Do set one with a 50 on/50 off to work on gear changing.

I found the website! Sorry I'll be at the doctor's tomorrow. I will be sure to run and stretch at home. For Saturday practices, do we meet at Bellarmine or run on our own?
